VCU Women's Basketball Atlantic 10 Conference Parings announced

Richmond, VA On Thursday, The Atlantic 10 conference revealed the league scheduling pairings for the 2024-25 Women's Basketball season.

VCU Women's, who went 26-6 (15-3 A-10) last season, will have a home-and-home series with

Richmond, Saint Joseph's, Duquesne and Loyola-Chicago

VCU's home A-10 opponents are Davidson, Dayton, UMass, Rhode Island, and Saint Louis. The Rams will face Fordham, George Mason, George Washington, La Salle, and St. Bonaventure on the road.

Dates and times for these A10 Conference matchups will be released later.

VCU Men's Basketball Atlantic 10 Conference Parings announced

Richmond, VA, On Wednesday, The Atlantic 10 conference revealed the league scheduling pairings for the 2024-25 Mens Basketball season.

VCU, who went 24-14 (11-7 A 10) last season, will retain the home-and-home series with Richmond, Dayton, Saint Louis and St Bonaventure. VCU will host Fordham, La Salle, George Mason, Umass, and Davidson. The Rams will face Duquesne, Rhode Island, George Washington, Loyola Chicago, and Saint Joseph's on the road.

Dates and times for these A10 Conference matchups will be released later.

Commanders reporting to training camp starting July 18th.

On Tuesday, the Washington Commanders announced the reporting dates for this year's Training camp. On July 18th, the rookies will report to camp, while the veterans will report on July 23rd. For the 3rd consecutive year, the Commanders will hold training camp at the OrthoVirgnina Traning Center at Commanders Park in Ashburn, Virginia.

Unlike previous years, when most practices were open to the public, this year will only have five open practices and two open practices for Season Ticket holders. Fans can attend training camp practice on July 28th, July 29th, August 2nd, August 4th & August 6th. Season Ticket holders will have the opportunity to attend open practice on July 30th & August 1st.
